【前   言】

所謂領(lǐng)袖，就是帶著大家一起向前走的人。

在一個(gè)團(tuán)體中擔(dān)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)，擁有一定的名望、掌控著團(tuán)體的人事權(quán)、行政權(quán)、財(cái)權(quán)等，這些因素足以在團(tuán)體內(nèi)外贏得相應(yīng)的地位，尊重和服從。但是，擁有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位的人，并不一定是真正的領(lǐng)袖。而衡量領(lǐng)袖的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并不是其權(quán)力大小、職位高低、掌控資源的多少、或他所帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的陣容。這些只是展示領(lǐng)袖地位的不同側(cè)面，而他在一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)中是否真正是領(lǐng)袖，在于他是否起到了領(lǐng)袖的作用——帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)走向成功，并為其團(tuán)隊(duì)謀福祉。

當(dāng)一個(gè)人走進(jìn)一個(gè)完全陌生的環(huán)境中, 不是靠其官銜、學(xué)位、過(guò)去的成就和地位，而是靠其真正的領(lǐng)袖素質(zhì)，在很短時(shí)間內(nèi)脫潁而出, 贏得眾人的尊重、信服和支持，這個(gè)領(lǐng)袖才能算名副其實(shí)。

在當(dāng)前復(fù)雜多變的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境當(dāng)中，卓有成效的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)袖必須具備超凡的遠(yuǎn)見(jiàn)以引領(lǐng)時(shí)代潮流、把握行業(yè)的脈搏；具有極強(qiáng)判斷、應(yīng)變、組織、執(zhí)行推動(dòng)能力并擁有敢于決策，承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的勇氣；具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)力影響之外，能讓團(tuán)隊(duì)成員欽佩、信服的自然征服力。

【Preface】

A leader is a person who guides others toward a common goal.

 

Taking a leading position among a team, with certain reputation and controls of personnel, administrative and financial power, are adequate factors to gain him/her corresponding status, respect and compliance both in internal and external of the team. However, people who have the leading position are not necessarily to be real leaders. Standards of measuring a leader are definitely not things like power size, job position, how much resources being controlled, or the whole cast of the team. Indeed those standards with different aspect show leadership, yet whether or not being a real leader among the team, depends on whether or not he/she plays a role in it, that is to lead the team into success while making benefit.

 

To be a successful leader within short term in a new environment, and gain people’s respect, persuasiveness and support, is based on their outstanding leadership ability, but not relying on their position, academic degree, achievement in the past and current status. Here comes a real leader.

 

In current complicated diversified domestic and international environment, an effective leader must have foresight to be ahead of the times and to grasp the pulse of industry. It is needed to have excellent abilities of judgment, mobility, organization, implementation and promotion, as well as the courage of making decisions and being responsible for risks. Also, without of the influence of leading power, a natural conquest that admired and convinced by teammates is also a key characteristic for being great leader.

 

Max Weber once remarked that the reason why a nation falls behind is not because of the populations, but the elites. Similarly, elites who are in charge of their enterprises take huge responsibilities for their successes on running businesses in the commercial land. It is the concept that brings Peking University School of EECS Executive Education to integrate the best domestic and international enterprise mentors and experts. We take our mission as “Developing Business Leaders and Promoting Chinese Enterprises Successful Business Transforming.” Through active exploration of existing problems in the field of Politics, Economy and Culture, both in domestic and overseas, students will share their own experiences, pioneer new perspectives and promote economic and cultural cooperation.

 

The Post-EMBA program expects our political and business leaders to show their great foresights by looking to future for five even ten years and predicting potential risks of the development of society and enterprise. 【Teaching Management】

Teaching management strictly abides by the requirement of Peking University, managed by project director. Please read through the “Student Instruction Manual” and submit thesis or paper assignment as required by the manual.

【申請(qǐng)條件】

    1、國(guó)民教育系列大專(zhuān)或大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷。

2、黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部行政級(jí)別正處級(jí)以上；企業(yè)學(xué)員要求企業(yè)董事長(zhǎng)或法人，并且企業(yè)年產(chǎn)值在五億元以上。

3、10年以上的管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

1.    Associate degree or above.

2.    The Party and Government Cadres: Deputy Director or above of Administrative Levels; Enterprise Student are required as chairmen or legal person, with more than one billion of annual production values.

3.    More than 10 years Management working experience.

二、 準(zhǔn)備申請(qǐng)材料

1．報(bào)名表

   報(bào)名表必須由本人親自填寫(xiě)，所有欄目均要求填寫(xiě)完整清晰、準(zhǔn)確屬實(shí)。請(qǐng)您將報(bào)名表復(fù)印留底，以便查詢(xún)。

2．附件（申請(qǐng)必須材料）

 ① 自命題論文

    請(qǐng)您結(jié)合本企業(yè)的實(shí)際情況就企業(yè)管理方面的問(wèn)題寫(xiě)一篇不少于1500字的自命題論文。中文打印，稿紙自備。稿紙要求：A4白紙

字體要求：作文題目用小三號(hào)黑體加粗，正文用宋體字，四號(hào)字體，1.5倍行距。

② 一封推薦信 

請(qǐng)您使用報(bào)名表所附推薦信格式，無(wú)須中英文對(duì)照。政府人員要求為申請(qǐng)人的直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，企業(yè)人員選一位權(quán)威人士作為推薦人。推薦信必須由推薦人本人填寫(xiě)并簽名，放入信封內(nèi)，并在封口處簽名交回申請(qǐng)人。推薦信由后EMBA招生委員會(huì)拆封，未密封的推薦信無(wú)效。

③ 學(xué)歷和學(xué)位證書(shū)復(fù)印件一式三份 

請(qǐng)您提供教育部批準(zhǔn)的國(guó)民教育系列大專(zhuān)或大專(zhuān)以上的學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證書(shū)復(fù)印件（包括工農(nóng)兵學(xué)生、成人高考、自考、專(zhuān)升本、通過(guò)教育部統(tǒng)考的函授、電大、EMBA課程研修班證書(shū)）。

 ④有效身份證件復(fù)印件兩份

其中一份有效身份證件復(fù)印件貼在報(bào)名表指定位置。 

 ⑤兩張名片

請(qǐng)您按照要求貼在報(bào)名表的指定位置。

 ⑥四張二寸彩色近照（背面鉛筆署名）

請(qǐng)您提供半年以?xún)?nèi)的照片，其中一張貼在報(bào)名表指定位置。為了保證照片干凈，我們建議您用鉛筆在背面署名。

 ⑦企業(yè)學(xué)員須準(zhǔn)備營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件（請(qǐng)蓋公章），企業(yè)簡(jiǎn)介（包括上年度營(yíng)業(yè)收入、利潤(rùn)等財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)），個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介等。       

⑧報(bào)名費(fèi)交付憑證復(fù)印件一份

請(qǐng)您將報(bào)名費(fèi)交付憑證的復(fù)印件提供給我們，以便我們及時(shí)查收。

請(qǐng)?jiān)趫?bào)名截止日期前，將報(bào)名表及上述所有附件一并寄回。

缺少任何材料或填寫(xiě)不清晰工整，都將視為報(bào)名無(wú)效或退還重填。請(qǐng)恕所有報(bào)名材料概不退還。

2. Preparing for the application materials

1．Application form

Application form must be filled by the applicant. All items need to be completed with clear, accurate and correct. Please make your own copy for future reference.

2．Attachment（as required for application）

 ① Self-chosen thesis

Please write us a self-chosen thesis with the consideration of your company’s actual situation on business administration. No less than 1500 words, printed in Chinese, own manuscript paper  (A4, white)

Font requirement: “xiaosan” “heiti”, bold on the thesis title, “songti” “4hao” font size, 1.5 line spacing.

② One recommendation letter

Please attach the Recommendation Letter along with your application form, English Version is not a must. The applicant from Government and other National Official Department, Please provide the recommendation of the direct head. Recommendation letter must be written and signed by the Referee, put in an envelope, signed across the seal and returned to the applicant. The Post - EMBA admission committee will unseal the recommendation letter. Note that any unsealed recommendation letters are invalid.

③ Degree and diploma copies, 3 for each

Please provide associate degree or above approved by the ministry of education national education series, diploma copies (including Worker-peasant-solider student, adult college exam, self-exam, associate to bachelor, correspondence course, TV course and post EMBA seminar certificated through ministry of education)

④Two Copies of Identification Document

One copy needs to be attached at the assigned place on the application form. ⑤ Two Business Cards

Please attach it at the assigned place on the application form.

 ⑥ Four recent 2 inches colored photos. (Sign at the back of each photos using pencil)

Please provide photos taking within 6 months, as one photo attaching at the assigned place on the application form. To assure clean photo, we suggest you to sign at the back using pencil.

⑦ Enterprise student must have a copy of Company’s business License (with official seal), company profile (including financial data such as last-year sales, profit), biography, etc.   

⑧ One application payment confirmation copy

Please provide us your application payment confirmation copy, so that we could check it in time.

Please send your application form and all the attachment materials above before the application deadline.

Lacking of any materials or unclear writings will be regarded as invalid application and perhaps returned back for re-do. Please note that all application materials is not refundable

三、 繳納報(bào)名費(fèi)

   提交申請(qǐng)材料之前，您須按照以下兩種方式繳納報(bào)名費(fèi)1500元人民幣：

1、 銀行電匯

開(kāi)戶(hù)行：工行北京海淀西區(qū)支行  戶(hù)名：北京大學(xué)  賬號(hào)：0200004509089131151

用途： XXX 政商領(lǐng)袖后EMBA 報(bào)名費(fèi)（XXX代表申請(qǐng)人姓名）

說(shuō)明：

  （1）用途一定要注明申請(qǐng)人姓名×××。

  （2）請(qǐng)不要以郵政電子匯款的形式交納報(bào)名費(fèi)，我們將無(wú)法查收。

  （3）報(bào)名費(fèi)不予退還。

2、 現(xiàn)金（只限直接提交申請(qǐng)材料者）

3. Paying application fee

You need to pay the application fee of RMB1500Yuanvia either of the following two ways, before submitting your application.

Statement：

  （1）make sure the purpose must be labeled with the applicant name XXX.

  （3）application fee is not refundable。

2. Cash（limited only to who turn application materials directly to us）

五、 初審

審核申請(qǐng)材料，主要包括申請(qǐng)條件、申請(qǐng)材料的真實(shí)性等方面。

5. Preliminary Review

Review application materials, mainly including application requirements, authenticity of application materials, etc.

 

六、 考核通知

關(guān)于通過(guò)初審的申請(qǐng)人，我們會(huì)在面試前統(tǒng)一將面試通知函及相關(guān)材料特快專(zhuān)遞給您，以便您充分準(zhǔn)備。同時(shí)請(qǐng)您關(guān)注最新通知。

6. Evaluation Notice

For those who have passed the preliminary review, we will send out interview notice and related materials by express mail before the interview in order for your adequate preparation. Meanwhile, please check out our latest news.

 

七、 面試

面試重點(diǎn)考核申請(qǐng)人作為優(yōu)秀管理人員所應(yīng)具備的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、綜合素質(zhì)與培養(yǎng)潛力。

7. Interview

The interview will concentrate on the examination of applicant’s management experience, comprehensive quality and training potential, as being excellent management personnel.

 

八、 綜合評(píng)審

后EMBA招生委員會(huì)將根據(jù)后EMBA教育的特點(diǎn)，以面試成績(jī)?yōu)橹?，結(jié)合申請(qǐng)材料及考生的整體情況，綜合評(píng)審，擇優(yōu)錄取。

8. Comprehensive Review

According to the features of Post-EMBA education, the Post-EMBA admission committee will comprehensively review and admit the best applicants based on interview results, on the combination of application materials as well as applicants’ overall situation.

 

九、 發(fā)放錄取通知書(shū)

由北京大學(xué)統(tǒng)一發(fā)放錄取通知書(shū)。

9. Issuing Notice of Acceptance

The notice of acceptance will be issued by Peking University.

 

十、 交付學(xué)費(fèi)

在接到錄取通知書(shū)后，按照北京大學(xué)政商領(lǐng)袖后EMBA學(xué)費(fèi)的付款要求，在規(guī)定的日期一次付清。

10. Paying Tuition

After receiving the notice of acceptance, students are responsible for making one-time payment on the dates scheduled, based on the requirement of Peking University Political and Business Leader Post-EMBA program.
