課程綜述:
隨著心理學(xué)的科學(xué)化,當(dāng)代心理學(xué),已經(jīng)成為了自然科學(xué)家和社會(huì)科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科。作為基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科,心理學(xué)擁有和物理、化學(xué)一樣的地位,它會(huì)制約和引導(dǎo)下游學(xué)科的方向。例如經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、管理學(xué),都是心理學(xué)的下游學(xué)科。由于心理學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)性和導(dǎo)向性,心理學(xué)知識(shí),成為了管理者的必備素養(yǎng);心理技能,也成為了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的通用技能。
在實(shí)踐中,管理心理學(xué)能實(shí)現(xiàn)四項(xiàng)價(jià)值,即促進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效、提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技能、改善工作環(huán)境、順應(yīng)社會(huì)趨勢(shì)(如下圖所示)。本課程是從上述四個(gè)方面,闡述管理心理學(xué)的原理及應(yīng)用。

With the scientization of psychology, contemporary psychology has become a basic subject of science. As a basic science, psychology has the same status as physics and chemistry, and it will restrict and guide the direction of downstream sciences. For example, economics, sociology, and management are all downstream disciplines of psychology. Due to the basic and oriented nature of psychology, psychological knowledge has become a necessary background for managers; psychological skills have also become common skills for leaders.
In practice, management psychology can achieve four values, namely, promoting team performance, improving leadership skills, improving the working environment, and conforming to social trends (as shown in the figure below). Aligning with the four aspects, this course introduces the principles and applications of management psychology.
