Bilingual Presentation Skills

After the program participants will take away:
-key secrets to win a heavy applause when you make a speech;
-techniques to effectively present your ideas, products and services;
-a unique “Menu” of preparing a speech and delivering it successfully;
-know-how to present to a cross-cultural audience.

Program Keynote Outline:

Section 1. Preparing your speech:
1.1. Committing yourself and recharging your confidence and courage;
1.2.Analyzing your audience: knowing who they are, what they want to hear,
how they want to participate;
1.3.Pyramid -Structuring and mind-mapping your thoughts, ideas, facts,
etc.;
1.4. Making your PPT deliver your ideas- design catching PPT and preparing
other
Auxiliaries;
1.5.Using phenomenal methods to open and close your speech.

Section 2. Delivering (part 1):
2.1.Hiding nervousness;
2.2.Logically flowing your presentation;
2.3.Using your eyes to talk;
2.4.Paying attention to your body;
2.5.Appropriately using your hands and gestures;
2.6.Controlling time.

Section 3. Delivering (part 2):
3.1.One-step tools to memorize your speech and deliver it without looking
at your notes;
3.2.Unique secrets for captivating your audience;
3.3.How to acknowledge and answer questions;
3.4.Proven methods for relaxation and enjoying your presentation;
3.5. How to handle tough audience and situations.

Section 4. Delivering to a cross-cultural audience:
4.1. Being aware of cultural backgrounds of the participants;
4.2.Adapting to the way in which majority of your audience transmit and
accept information;
4.3.Being careful with what you talk will incur a cultural conflict;
